Visit Huayna Picchu even if tickets are sold out

This 2-day Huaynapicchu last minute ticket option is designed for travelers who discover too late that official tickets are sold out. Do not worry: with a two-day process in Aguas Calientes you can still secure Huaynapicchu last minute tickets and enjoy Circuit 3 of Machu Picchu, including temples, terraces, and breathtaking citadel views.

You are 100% guaranteed Huaynapicchu + Circuit 3 tickets, even if they show as sold out on the official Ministry of Culture website. In 99% of cases, your confirmed entrance is for Day 2. Only in rare high-demand holidays such as Holy Week, Fiestas Patrias, or School Graduation Week could entry shift to Day 3.

Please note this is a 2-day commitment, not a 2-day guided tour. On Day 1, you must line up in Aguas Calientes (queue usually 15–60 minutes) to register your passport and pick up your Huaynapicchu entrance ticket. No one else can do this for you; each traveler must appear in person. On Day 2, use your confirmed ticket to enter Machu Picchu, walk Circuit 3, and climb Huayna Picchu.

What to Expect: Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu village), whether you are picked up directly from your hotel, arriving by train, or finishing a trekking tour, our ticket coordinator will meet you immediately. You will be escorted to the registration office, where your passports are submitted and you receive an official registration number to collect your Huayna Picchu entrance tickets in the afternoon. You will then spend the night in Machu Picchu village (please note: travelers must arrange their own hotel accommodation). The following morning, you will board the official bus to Machu Picchu’s entrance (ticket included). Your visit begins with Circuit 3A, which includes the Inca ruins, temples, and agricultural terraces, followed by the climb to Huayna Picchu mountain—one of the most sought-after experiences at Machu Picchu. Exploration is self-guided, though licensed Machu Picchu tour guides for Circuit 3 are available should you wish to enrich your experience. Afterward, you will board the return bus back to Aguas Calientes (also included).

The official government website shows tickets are sold out. Are my Huaynapicchu tickets guaranteed?
Yes. By booking with us, you are guaranteed Huaynapicchu + Circuit 3 tickets, even when they appear sold out on the official Ministry of Culture site. Our daily process ensures access as long as you follow staff instructions. - **100 tickets per day** are released for last-minute allocation. - In 99% of cases, your ticket is secured for **Day 2** of your commitment. - In rare cases (around 1%), during major Peruvian holidays like **Fiestas Patrias (July 28)**, **Holy Week**, or **School Graduation trips (mid-December, late August)**, tickets may roll to **Day 3** instead. If this rare situation happens: - You may choose to switch to a Circuit 1 Machu Picchu Mountain ticket (to still enjoy the classic view and keep your tour to 2 days). - Or, extend your stay one additional night in Aguas Calientes to receive your guaranteed Huaynapicchu Circuit 3 ticket. Hotel costs for an extra night are your responsibility. We do our best to warn travelers in advance when we anticipate surges. In extremely rare cases of sudden influx (mainly locals without reservations), we may need to adjust train schedules at our expense to honor your ticket guarantee.

Can I change my return train if I am assigned the 7:00 AM Huaynapicchu entry time?
Probably. Train companies officially do not allow last-minute changes, but in practice, staff are often flexible if seats are available. - You must request the change in person at the train station. - The company may charge a **10% fee plus the fare difference**. - If you switch to an earlier train, you may lose your included hotel transfer in Cusco. Our “door-to-door” service depends on your original train schedule. If you change, you may need to arrange (and pay for) your own taxi from the station to your hotel.

You may cancel this tour with a penalty of 120 USD per person if you cancel with a 72-hour advanced notice. This is because the bus tickets are not refundable and the train company only allows cancellations by paying a penalty

If you cancel with less than 72 hours advanced notice, no refund of any kind can be made regardless of the reason of your cancellation. Sorry, but we are firm on this as the train, bus tickets (4 of them required) are not refundable. In addition, the work to secure a private guide, the bus tickets, the train tickets, the taxi, and the bus to the entrance, the taxes and the accouting costs do not give us any room to give you any refund if you tell us last minute.

You may change the tour date only, if you give us a 72 hour notice. And you must pay a 30USD penalty per person to change your tour reservation to a new date.

In extremely high demand dates, usually during Peruvian holidays like Peru's Independence day around July 28 or when Peruvian high school students go to Machu Picchu as part of their graduation during the months of September and October , there is a 1% chance you may have to stay one more night in Aguas Calientes without advanced notice. There are only 500 circuit 2 tickets available daily, and In situations when there are more tourists than tickets available, you will have the choice to either take a Circuit 1 Machu Picchu Mountain ticket or Circuit 3 Royalty ticket or Circuit 3 Huayna Picchu ticket to keep the tour to 2-days, or you will have to stay one additional night in Machu Picchu village to get your circuit 2 entrance ticket. In such situations, you are still responsible to pay for your additional hotel costs in Machu Picchu village. Since we do this every day, we usually warn you ahead of time if this may be a possibility, but the first occurrence takes us all by surprise and it may be the case that it happens with you. Please be understanding.
