What to Expect with Last-Minute Machu Picchu Tickets: Our coordinator will meet you in Aguas Calientes—either at your hotel or the train station—by 09:00 AM. After this time, ticket availability is not guaranteed. You’ll be guided to the office to submit your passport, then meet again in the afternoon to collect your Circuit 2 Machu Picchu tickets. You'll stay overnight in Aguas Calientes (hotel not included). The next morning, board the bus to the Machu Picchu entrance for a 2.5-hour private guided tour of Circuit 2. After the tour, return to town by bus—this concludes your last-minute ticket package.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel this tour with a penalty of $55 USD per person if you provide at least 72 hours advance notice. This fee covers the cost of non-refundable and non-changeable bus tickets.
If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, no refund of any kind can be issued—regardless of the reason. We strictly enforce this policy due to the non-refundable nature of the bus tickets, and the cost involved in securing your private guide, covering taxes, and managing administrative work.
Tour Date Changes:
You may request to change your tour date with at least 72 hours’ notice. A $10 USD per person rescheduling fee will apply to modify your reservation.
